Malvasia Bianca and Muscat blanc now available

I have two new white wines available for you. Don't wait on these, because they are such small lots, they won't last very long.

If you love white wine, these two offerings are some of my finest to date. The flavors are bountiful.

2021 Malvasia Bianca - $22/bottle (club $17.60) - Columbia Valley AVA - 82 cases produced - I found a second vineyard this year that had a small planting of this grape so I picked them both the same day and fermented them together (co-fermented). The resulting wine is complex, aromatic, and simply enjoyable. Last year this wine sold out in 3 weeks.

2021 Muscat Blanc - $19/bottle (club $15.20) - Columbia Vallley AVA - 51 cases produced - I've always wanted to produce a Muscat Blanc fermented all the way to dry. Aromatic white wines produced in stainless steel and perfectly balanced are a style I try to achieve. This is a fantastic example.

Born and raised in Ogden Utah. Attended college at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washinton where he studied Biology and Chemistry as a pre-medicine student. After college, Bart found he was well suited in the business world and had a desire to be an entrepreneur. After working in several financial institutions, he opened a mortgage brokerage in the early 2000's. This experience proved to be invaluable. When the Winery came to fruition in 2007, the chemistry he learned from his days in college, combined with his knowledge of business were a recipe for success. He is excited about what the future holds, because each vintage continues to be better than the last. A laser like focus and attention to detail have lead to the creation of outstanding wines at a considerable value.
