2014 Aligote, Upland Vineyard, Snipes Mountain, $19/bottle. 111 cases produced. Our most popular white wine is back for the summer, and better than ever!. This version has a great bouquet with clean and crisp acidity. Perhaps our most versatile food-friendly wine, especially with fish.

2014 Sauvignon Blanc, Konnowak Vineyard, Rattlesnake Hills, $15/bottle. 85 cases produced. 100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel. Our first release of this varietal since the 2008 vintage. Not grassy, and loaded with fruit flavors. Get this before it disappears.

This is our final white wine release of the year. We are fully stocked and excited to see you.

Bio:

Born and raised in Ogden Utah. Attended college at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washinton where he studied Biology and Chemistry as a pre-medicine student. After college, Bart found he was well suited in the business world and had a desire to be an entrepreneur. After working in several financial institutions, he opened a mortgage brokerage in the early 2000's. This experience proved to be invaluable. When the Winery came to fruition in 2007, the chemistry he learned from his days in college, combined with his knowledge of business were a recipe for success. He is excited about what the future holds, because each vintage continues to be better than the last. A laser like focus and attention to detail have lead to the creation of outstanding wines at a considerable value.
